Your online therapy benefits

Convenient therapy

You don’t have to travel to a therapy appointment. Online therapy services are available from anywhere online in all 50 U.S. states, from the comfort and privacy of your home. With broad appointment availability, you can schedule therapy services at a convenient time from anywhere and attend your appointment by smartphone or computer.

Affordability

Virtual therapy visits are significantly cheaper than traveling to an appointment. While the cost of a visit or copay depends on your benefits and health plan coverage, the cost of transportation, parking and travel time are all eliminated with an online visit. Once your benefit is activated, visit prices are visible prior to appointment confirmation.

Online therapy offers access to a wide variety of diverse licensed therapists. Our therapists come from a variety of specialties and backgrounds, so you can find a perfect match. Our therapists are experienced in various treatment modalities.

Privacy

Although stigmas associated with mental illness are declining, online therapy makes privacy easy. Online appointments are private and secure on our HIPAA-compliant platform. Keep mental health discussions discreet with flexible scheduling. There’s no ongoing commitment if it’s not the right fit.
