Do I have to pay for PriorityGPS?
PriorityGPS is included in your Priority Health plan for all covered family members. There is no additional cost for health and benefits guidance through our Care Advocates and nurses or for an expert medical opinion through 2nd.MD.
Care Advocates can help you understand potential costs for health care services. Reach out to your Care Advocate through your member account to learn more.
How do I contact PriorityGPS?
You can contact the number on the back of your Priority Health member ID card or activate your account by visiting member.accolade.com so you can send a secure message to your Care Advocate whenever and wherever you are.
